With the mission of helping nonprofit animal rescues and shelters in Central Illinois, Team Yoga4Cats is partnering with Illinois Skydiving Center to organize a very unique fundraising event, Parachute4Pets, to benefit PetNet.

This thrilling affair will be held at Paxton Municipal Airport on Saturday and Sunday, May 13 & 14th from 9am – Sunset (subject to change*) and will feature reduced rates on skydiving packages, door prizes, raffle, online silent auction, cookout, and appearances by PetNet adoptable dogs! Illinois Skydiving Center will be bringing in a Caravan plane for the weekend.

For each tandem ticket purchased in advance, you'll automatically be entered to win a free hand-cam video (one winner per day)! Each experienced jumper package of 5 jumps purchased in advance will automatically be entered to win a free jump, two winners drawn each event day!  Raffle tickets to win a pair of tandem vouchers on sale now!

Illinois Skydiving Center (ISC) is a Cessna 182 Dropzone located in Paxton Illinois. Home of The University of Illinois Falling Illini Skydiving Club.  All Illinois Skydiving Center instructors are expert skydivers and USPA certified.  Like ISC on Facebook and follow them on Instagram.

PetNet is a no-kill, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) foster-based animal welfare organization. The primary goals of PetNet are to strengthen the local foster network and minimize the number of pets in shelters and unhealthy living situations. A foster-based program provides several benefits: (1) pets are in a home environment, which is less stressful than life in a shelter; (2) fosters friends really get to know the personality of the pet, to aid in proper placement with adopting families; (3) fosters can begin basic training with the pet making them more adoptable. PetNet operates on donations from the community to help cover costs of food and veterinary care.  Like PetNet on Facebook and follow them on Instagram

*Event jump packages will be available April 15, 2017. Only a limited number of tandem jump tickets will be available for each event day.  Must be at least 18 years old and <225 lbs to skydive.

**Inclement weather: Safety is our first priority and weather can change quickly! Please be aware that weather at 10,000 ft may be different than on the ground, and we will only jump in safe conditions. If weather conditions cause the event to be cancelled, delayed or interrupted in anyway, pre-purchased jumps will be redeemable throughout the 2017 skydiving season. Door prizes will be raffled off to ticket purchasers, available for pick up at ISC.
